Indeed. There's a lack of continuity in the radical Left, each generation rebelling against the previous one as might be expected. What also gums up the works, I think, is the failure to unite with people of diverse background and opinion toward a common goal. That if Johnny Protest over there disagrees with you about Cause A, then you won't work with him on Cause B. There's an implicit demand that everyone agree with each other about everything, and from what I know about human beings that just cannot be. So it's smaller factions fighting over smaller differences, till everybody gets together temporarily on a widespread movement like BLM. This kind of thing can't last on the Left, for better or worse. We can't keep it together.
