Could be. In my life, I’ve had to worry a lot more about violence from my fellow Americans than from any foreign superpower. Still, I get it — China, Russia, even the EU under the right circumstances could be a formidable adversary. From what I know, they’d be more inclined to buy a war-torn USA than to invade it.
